In order to minimise the risk of damages or late delivery, we encourage you to make sure to consider the best way or method of delivery depending on your order. It is also highly recommended to be present on the delivery address at the day of delivery. Once you place an order with us, you will be further notified about the exact delivery day.

We encourage you to place an order with us before 1:00PM during the business day as this will help us process your order on time and dispatch it as soon as possible. In case your order is placed after 1:00PM, your order will probably be processed in the morning of the next business day.

Dates and Times
In case you opt for standard delivery, your order will be dispatched from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays and from 8:00AM to 7:00PM.
We can also provide you with the option Next Day Delivery. However, keep in mind that this delivery option is available only as a subject of stock availability.
Please, keep in mind that all delivery times and days provided by the company before, during, and after placing an order from the website are provisional. The company reserves the right to change delivery days and times if required and needed. Therefore, the company cannot be held responsible for any additional costs and changes you may have to cover as a result of the delayed delivery of your order.
Damaged or Missing Goods
It is possible that you receive your order or part of it damaged or missing some of the items you have ordered. In such cases, it is your responsibility to contact our customer service team as soon as possible at 02088309788 and inform them about the problem. Before you sign the Delivery Note, make sure to check and describe all damaged items.
Before you are able to claim a refund or a replacement for all damaged and missing items and goods from your order, first you need to report all issues before the delivery driver leaves the address where the order is received. In order to be able to do so, we highly recommend you to first check your order before the driver leaves the address and in case you notice a damaged or missing item or an opened package, make sure to fill in the Delivery Note. In case you fail to do so, the company will not be able to provide you with a replacement or a refund for damaged or missing goods and items.

Q: What delivery companies you work with when dispatching my orders from the website?
A: We work with PW Gates and Parcel Force for dispatching all orders.
Q: How to find out the exact delivery time of the order I have placed on your website?
A: For all orders placed on our website we work with delivery companies. Unfortunately, the delivery companies we work with are not able to provide us with the exact time of delivery of all orders. Therefore, we are not able to provide you with an exact delivery time of your order, excuse us for any inconvenience. In case your order is delivered by the company Parcel Force, you will be provided with a tracking number that will be sent to your e-mail address. You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your order. In case your order is delivered by PW Gates, we are able to request a one-hour call in advance on your behalf before the order is delivered to your address.
Q: Is my order going to be left inside the property?
A: Keep in mind that the courier company driver will be able to leave your order only at the front door of the property. In case your order is too large or heavy to carry inside the property on your own, please note that it will be your responsibility to arrange for someone to help you and ensure storage of the goods from your order.
Q: Can I ask the driver to leave my order in the yard/garage/porch/outdoors?
A: In case you want your order to be left not on the front door of the property but somewhere else outside the property, you can ask the driver to do this for you. However, keep in mind it is your responsibility to ensure your order won't get damaged or stolen after delivery at the given place or area.
Q: What to do in case my order package is damaged by the delivery company or during transportation?
A: We encourage you to check your order before the delivery company driver leaves your address. In all cases when you detect a damaged or missing item or a damaged or open packaging, make sure to let the driver know immediately. They will be responsible for creating a protocol that describes the damage or the issue. Make sure to take a few pictures of the damaged goods and items and send them to our e-mail address or through the contact form available on the website along with a short description of the damage and the issue. Our customer service will gladly try to help and assist you in resolving the problem.
Q: What to do if the delivery takes too long?
A: Keep in mind that in some cases delivery companies may need extra time to deliver your order. Once your order is placed on the website and processed by the company, we release it to the delivery company as soon as possible. From then on, it is the responsibility of the delivery company to handle the order and make sure it is delivered on time. In case the delivery takes too long, make sure to contact the delivery company. Alternatively, you can contact us and our customer service team will do their best in assisting you to resolve the delay. However, keep in mind that any delay of an order is not our responsibility.
Q: How to cancel my order?
A: You can cancel an order you have placed on the website. You can do that by contacting our customer service team via phone, e-mail or the contact form available on the website. Once you contact us we will immediately cancel your order. However, in case the order is already dispatched and released to the delivery company, you will be responsible for covering all delivery costs and additional charges.
